Creditors and Bankruptcy/bad info on credit report

Question
a catalog company,s debt was discharged by bankruptcy in 1987,also dish network never came and fixed their dish after i,moved they were contacted many times as i,had no service,now they have put a 240.00 and a 75.00 non payment on my credit report.how can i,get these taken off my credit report?

Answer
You may want to file a complant with the state Utlities Commission to get the bill corrected. Once they correct the bill write a letter to the credit bureaus and dspute the debt. They will attempt to verify the info. Once they verify it was disputed with the company they should remove it from your credit file.
