Question
I have a credit card at Circiut City, who has filed bankruptcy, who do I pay the balance to or do I have to pay it at all?

Answer
Continue making payments to the address and payee on your statements or if you do not get statements the courts or an assignee of Circuit City will contact you with this information. More than likely they will continue receiving payments at the same address under the same name until the courts dictate any changes. They may asign a trustee or "receiver" for your payments. Send payments as you always have until notified of any changes. Your payments will be forwarded to the appropriate party.
