Question I have filed a chapter 13 and have been it for almost 2 years. Thinking about going with a chapter 7 and loose everything. My appliances are through Personal Finance and American General. I have been told that these companies usually do not come and get their stuff. Have you heard anything about them?

If you are filing a Chapter 7 all finance companies and creditors should be listed. It is designed to be a protection for you from creditors.
As far as repossession of items, I cannot tell you what a particular company will do. You will need to speak with your attorney to work out terms if you'd like to keep your appliances financed with those companies.
