Question We have been receiving harrassing phone calls from a creditor. They have also contacted my 80 yr.old in-laws about our situation. When I returned the call she resorted to name calling & then proceeded to tell me they will not accept a small monthly payment. I explained to her that my husband had his hrs cut back & I work a commission only job. What can I do? She told me they can garnish my husbands wages at work. Can they do that?
