Question Hi I've been trying to get back on track with my life again and I've started paying my bills, one bill at a time. I know that this might not be a big deal to anyone but it is to me. Capital One is my second bill i started to pay, my case handler's name is Grace. But every time i call her a Anne picks up and claims that she is the account manager she tells me that there is no other payment option, other than a $17 over the phone payment fee. I asked her if i could speak with my case handler and she refuses to leave a message or let me talk to her. What should i do? Is there really no other payment option?

Has it been turned over to collections
Has it been charged off
Are you backed up with other account holders
How is your cash flow now
What is your total debt
