Creditors and Bankruptcy - car reposession

Expert: Ontrack Financial Group llc - 6/25/2009

Question
I am desperately trying to get out from underneath my leased vehicle. I cannot file bankruptcy because not enough years have passed since the last time I did. Is it likely if I have my car repossessed that I will get sued for the deficiency? Some people are telling me that alot of times people are not sued for the difference?

Answer
Dear Lisa,

Thank you for your question.

Please visit http://www.leasetrader.com/.  They may be able to assist you.

Lenders more than ever are filing suit on all debts across the board.  Don't take that chance.

Good Luck
