Question
Hi there,

I am wondering if my credit union, where I have an open credit card with a
zero balance, will be notified if I file bankruptcy.  I've never defaulted with
them.

Thank you!

Answer
You are required to list them as a creditor, and they'll close your account.  If you don't you jeopardize your protection under BK.

If you want to recover from the BK quickly I can talk you through it.  Visit my site and feel free to call.
