Creditors and Bankruptcy/Any "no balance transfer fee" offers left?

Question
Hi David. I'm fairly sure I know the answer to this, but I wanted to see if an expert can confirm it. For context, I have excellent credit--or at least very high--and am looking to transfer about $9,000 to a 0% APR(12 month) card.  (I went to Europe for a month this summer and doubled my debt.  Sigh.)  Now I just want to work off my debt while avoiding interest if possible.

Getting the 0% APR Intro is no problem, but finding one which won't charge me 3% for the transfer doesn't seem likely anymore.  I used to find them often.  I've searched online fairly extensively.  Do you know of such a dream card still available?  Or can you show me where I might look?

Thanks,
cjb

I only know of one website that will do a comparison of several cards. There are plenty of websites like it but creditcards.com seems to do ok with information.

Here is the link.

Good luck on your search.
