Answer
Dear Kenny,

Thank you for your question.  Bankruptcy can be an option for you, however with the new lending standards, it's going to be very difficult to borrow money.  At this point you need to start rebuilding credit, and taking care of the past mistakes.

Ontrack Financial Group can assist amending past mistakes, while you rebuild your credit history without filing bankruptcy.

Start rebuilding your credit now and win $5000.00 to help pay off bills. Copy and past the following link

Using the our Prepaid Visa and Prepaid MasterCard card can help you build your credit history in two ways. First, pay your bills online for free to save time, money, and demonstrate your credit worthiness. Our free credit builder program reports your bill payment history to PRBC, a credit bureau.

Second, use the AccountNow iAdvance Line of Credit – a sensible borrowing alternative to payday loans. The iAdvance Line of Credit is a short term loan program that is easy to get and cost less than a payday loan. When you pay back the loan, we will report your payment history to the major credit bureaus.
