Cricket/Mode of bowling

Sir, can a bowler bowl both left and right hands in a same over provided he notifies the umpire?

Dear Amul Sena,
Yes any bowler can change his bowling arm and also his nature of bowling i.e a bowler who regularly bowls pace can change to spin only after notifying the umpire or else the fielding team would be awarded with a no-ball.
