I just thought I would add to Gary's answer. The player he referred to was Gavin Hamilton. Hamilton played one test for England in Nov 1999. Strangely enough he had already turned out for Scotland earlier that year during the 1999 world. He is now back in the Scotland team and played his last ODI as recently as last month.

Gavin Hamilton played one test match for England about 15 years ago. Mike Denness who played for Ayr before joining Kent captained England in the 1970's. Peter Such was also born in Scotland and I believe lived in Helensburgh until the age of 3.

General or specific questions on the MCC Laws of Cricket, which have changed recently. Also general question on the English First-Class game. Not too good with cricket in other countries, as I am English!
