was arrested , made bald , appeared in court on wrong charge,nulled processed Then rearrested on diffent charge.
Question : Whats the federal statues and whats my opions with a court appointed lawer that stated she obtained imfo from my first apoited lawer with out my singture

I am sorry i do not understand your question.  What Federal statute dealing with what ?  Court opinion on what issue ?  Attorney gave what specific information to your new attorney ? If it is just reports, paperwork etc.  should not be a problem if it is privileged communication could be an issue.  You would need to discuss with attorney grievance office for more information.

If you can rephrase your question and add some detail i will try to answer.
