| Comment | Thank you for your input Robin. Since the last time I wrote I told the story of the day of the accident to a friend and he was shocked to hear that before my blood test was administered I was not told my Miranda rights and specifically told that I could not speak to a lawyer before any of the police action was taken on me. My friend told me that my rights have been trampled and it's possible i could beat the dui because of illegally obtained evidence. This isnt the first time this type of incident has happened to me. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I'm a black/latino. Do you think it's possible for me to beat these dui charges considering the circumstances? | ||
