Question
I got a citation for underage consumption of alcohol suspected of using, no tests just finger print and sign here to be booked and go to court.Can i call and just pay the fines or do i have to go to court and be booked lawyer and all the extras?

Normally underage consumption is a misdemeanor or civil type violation. So there is no jail, usually no attorney needed. On the citation should be a number to call for the court. Give them a call they should be able to give you some direction. Probably just a plea and then a fine.
