i may have failed a drug test and i am on probation this is a 1st violation ,
what is the least that will happen and the most that will happen? all of my
payments are current and i have complied otherwise on all my probation
stipulations.

I truly can't say what the limits are there are way to many variables that i don't have.  However several things are considered.  What are you on probation for, drugs ?  That could make a difference. What is your prior criminal history ?
Other then that you sound like you are doing an excellent job in complying with your probation requirements. I would suspect that if everything else is good you would be a great candidate for a warning or maybe a small extension of your probation.  This I hope is a great warning to you if you want to get off probation.  You need to change something's as you may not get a second chance.
