Question
I recently got pulled over while driving a vehicle with 4 passengers that were under 21 i myself am 22 i blew a .37 im just looking for kind of a heads up whats going to happen?

Answer
Craig,

That is an extremely high Blood Alcohol level.  With out more information you probably are looking at an Operating Under the Influence charge.  High risk of not being offered a lesser plea.  Possible jail, definitely a hefty fine and probation. Also serious license issues.  Your insurance if you can get it will be very expensive.  You are going to need an attorney.  I would also seriously consider seeking alcohol treatment prior to court.  They will probably order it anyway.

Good Luck
