j  had TWO D.U I . ONE IN 83 AND THE OTHER IN 84 COULD THEY BE EXPUNGE FROM MY RECORD, ALSO HAD A FELON ON DRUG POSSESSION CAN THIS BE REMOVE , AND COULD I APPLIED FOR A GUN LICENSE, IN the STATE OF GEORGIA

I did a quick review of some of Georgia laws, appears they are very very restrictive on expungements.  The D.U.I.'s should not have an affect on your right to possess a weapon however the Felony charge will, if not under Georgia law under Federal law.
Best advise is to contact a local attorney competent to handle expungements.  Be careful they don't promise more then they can provide.
