Almost impossible for anyone to say because of the variances between each state. Each State has their own sentencing guidelines and penalties. I can tell you that Kidnapping and Armed Robbery are normally maximum life penalties. A lot will depend on the persons criminal history. If convicted i would suspect that defendants would get some serious time. There are a lot of variables in each of these crimes.
