Question
QUESTION: I have come across NJ Statute 2C:52-2 but could not determine if my charge, 2C:11-5 is covered under it.    It looks like it might be but I cannot be sure.  Can you take a quick look?

ANSWER: Robert,

If you are wrong then we are both wrong I read it the same as you.  Your best choice is to contact a private attorney who is competent in this area but (b) says records that can't be expunged are homicide "except" homicide by auto.

Good Luck

QUESTION: How can I find a lawyer that will provide honest assistance and not just take me for the money.  Anyone can look in the yellow pages or call the bar.

Answer
There is the ultimate question.

Kind of like trying to find a good cop.   The best way is word of mouth from people that work with attorneys.  Cops, court personnel, actually other lawyers will steer you to lawyers that do a lot of a special type of law.  For your situation you will need one that does criminal work, not real estate.

Sorry i can't be more help
