Question
Will credit card\law enforcement really investigate credit card fraud of less than 500.00? Or will pushing the issue be a waste of my time??

Answer
Jason,

Law enforcement will take a report and it may be required for credit card company to reimburse or credit your account.  Credit card companies usually write off these small amounts and amounts a lot larger.  All they have to do is raise interest rates a little to recoup.  That is why interest rates are so high.  Law Enforcement will do some perfunctory work but a lot of these will be out of their jurisdiction so follow up will be nil.

Hope this helped
