Criminal Law/Early Release From Parole

Question
My spouse is on 5 years probation for felony drug possession.  The sentence was issued in Cobb County, GA.  She is now in month 38, so past the half way mark.  The fines are paid as are all the probation fees (to the end of her time).  I have a new job in New York and we're trying to get an early release.
Some other details that may help - all random drug checks are clean and she's in NA.  She's been employed the entire time.
The PO has agreed that she should be done but we're told by him that the paperwork is with his boss.

Any suggestions to help us move this along?

Answer
Steve,

Not sure what more I could add, sounds like she has done an awesome job.  Other then including letters from other people, employers, NA, teachers, etc.  Another possible alternative is you could get the probation transferred to New York.

Good Luck
