Question
If a person has a California arrest warrant and is residinging in Florida is there anything that can be done to bring him back to California?

Answer
Emily,

First question is it an extraditable warrant, usually a felony.  Then it is up to the law enforcement agency that holds the warrant to decide if they have the financial means to bring the subject back to California.  Those are the two main issues to be dealt with.  After that it is just a matter of locating the subject which normally is not to difficult.

Hope that helped
