Question
I was robbed and beaten where I was employeed at in May 2002 by Sam Eric Movie Theatre on 19th and Chestnut. I reported the robbery and assault and need to know what are my rights at this point and I also made a report to the police bac in 2004 when my employeer did not turn the report into the authorities.

Answer
Alexander,

I am sorry about what happen to you.  A little clarification please. When you were robbed back in 2002 did you report it to the police then ?    In your state you may have some access to some victims rights most prosecutors offices have a victims rights unit or advocate that should be able to answer some questions.  I am not sure what other rights your may be referring to.  If you are asking about some sort of civil action against your employer that is a question you would have to discuss with a lawyer that specializes in liability issues.
If you need additional information please post a feedback

Good Luck

Robin
