Question
If I do not have much money and I want to find out about possible warrants in Missouri how would I go about doing that? And is there any possibility of obtaining that information without being arrested?

John,

To be honest with you I am a little offended by your question. You are asking me to assist you in finding out if you are wanted but you don't want to be arrested? Isn't that a contradiction? My job is to put people in jail. Not to help them evade the law.

But I will help you. Call the police station using a cell phone and inquire if you are wanted. If you are then turn yourself in. If you continue to evade the law the police will eventually catch up with you and your bond will be so high that you will never be able to get out of jail.
