ok.. awhile back i asked a question saying that i was abscounding from michigan. i was on probation for contributing to a minor charge. for reasons i was forced to move to wisconsin and now have a baby on the way.. you responded saying that since it was a misdomener that michigan would not extadite me for abscounding.. but iv beem talking to lots of people about my situation and they said that it didnt matter that id still ether go back to michigan or sit time here in wisconsin. i cant even sleep cause i am so scared to leave my home worring that if a cop runs my ID that ill get aressted! am i being over the top worring about getting found in wisconsin cause i was on probation in michigan?? or will i be ok till i get my life together then take care of this?

Misdemeanor warrants are not entered into the NCIC computer so a misdemeanor warrant in Michigan would not be available to Wisconsin authorities.  Further Michigan does not extradite for misdemeanors.  Now the above is on the assumption that the warrant is for a misdemeanor and was not moved to felony level because of absconding on bond or other charge.
