Is it legal in Rhode island for a 16 year old female to have sex with a 25 year old male ?

Most states have passed laws called "age of consent" laws that basically state that a girl (or boy) is of a certain age to decide who they want to have sex with.  I know that MY state has such a law which sets the age of consent at 16.   It covers everyone except a teacher, a tutor, or anyone who has custodial care over the girl.  I cannot speak for Rhode Island because I can't possibly know every law in every state but it would not surprise me if Rhode Island has such a law.

I am very knowledgeable about search and seizure and taught at the police academy for several years on a variety of subjects. I can answer questions that a lot of attorneys cannot since they do not have "street experience".
