Criminal Law/Harassment

Question
If I'm on my property and someone else is there uninvited on my property grazing a horse and I ask them to get off my property and they refuse saying they are not on my property. But I line myself up with the property markers and they are clearly on my property by 5-6 feet. And we yell at each other while standing on my property.
Is this Harassment on my part?

Answer
Randall,

Probably not, Harassment by definition is repeated unwanted contact, one wouldn't suffice.  However some states have quirks in their laws.  You can ask you local police or an attorney.  In rural environments property disputes are very common.

Hope this helped
