Question
I'm from PA and have a non-violent charge for theft and my first offense when I was 19 years-old but it was over $20,000 dollars the charge and I didn't serve no jail time just 1 year probation and have to pay restitution back. My court summary say.
18/3921 Theft by unlawful taking or disposition
18/3922 Theft by Deception
18/4906 Enforcement Auth Incrim
18/903  Criminal Conspiracy

I been trying to do research on this myself to get a pardon in progress because my record is 6 years-old and haven't been in trouble since also my other question I have is that I have more charges they have but next to it say (Nolle Prossed) what does that mean towards those charges?

Thank You for your time and patients for answering question I would like to know the answer to.

Answer
Sean,

Good luck on your quest to have your record expunged.  Nolle Pros is a legal term meaning the prosecution was dropped by motion of the prosecutor. It is like the charge didn't exist.  I read through your question several times and you mention two questions but i don't see the second question.  Please post a follow up and i will respond

good luck
