Criminal Law/limit on warrent

Question
Is there a time limit on warrents for failure to appear in the state of florida?

Answer
Michelle,

No there is not.  Warrant life can be several years.  Some jurisdictions will do a purge depending on the violation every so often, but that could be 5-10 years or more.  Further depending on the type of warrant if could affect employment, drivers license and possibly social security and other benefits.

hope this helps
