Criminal Law/naked neighbor

Question
I live in Washington state and I have a neighbor that regularly walks around his apartment with the blinds open and two of my friends of witnessed this and many neighbors. He wouldn't even put on a pair of pants when the maintenance man was here with an outside contractor. Is there anything I can do, I have 6 grandchildren and I do not want them to witness this when they come to visit. He makes absolutely no effort to cover himself, he even answers the door naked in full view of everybody.

Thanks for the help

Answer
Audrey,

In most jurisdictions this is not allowed.  Contact you local police, don't have them come to your house instead go to them and talk to them about it.    Exactly which local statute it will fall under they should be able to figure it out.  Indecent exposure is the most common.  It may be beneficial for you to video his activities before so you can show the police his blatancy.  Your neighbor will argue that he can do what ever he wants in his own home.  This isn't quite accurate as we both know it would be very inappropriate for him to answer the door this way when the girl scouts come to sell cookies.

Good luck, hope this helps
