i have my next door neighbor harassing me over years and hard to
catch i called over 50 time police when police come there is more
than gang they go inside they threw the bolls been last two years
i can't sleep on my own home it is very hard to catch them how can
i catch they jump on the France in the night and come in my back yard please let me know what can i do?

Neighbor problems are very difficult.  They are quality of life issues and are open to a wide range of interpretations and don't rate that high in police response.
You state that it is difficult to get any relevant evidence showing the problem.  Best advise i can provide is for you to obtain a video camera, tape recorder or similar device and to attempt to covertly record their antics.  Then you will have something the police can possibly work with.
