Answer
Manuel,

I read through your posting several times and i am sorry but i fail to see a question.  My guess is that you want to know if the actions are legal. With out being able to review every detail my presumption is yes it is.    All these actions appear to have taken place in full view of the court.  I am sure your son's attorney will investigate the possibility of violations of his right to speedy trial.  However theoretically the alternative would have been to dismiss the charge, locate the missing juvenile and then recharge.  This could have all occurred with out violating the statue of limitations.

If i have missed your questions please re-post

Good luck
