Question
i recently got a vop for a dirty urine, and i am wondering how much time i am looking at, i got sentenced to 18 months regular felony probation and i had already done 6 mopnths of it before i violated. whats the worst that could happen?

Answer
Robert,

It is really hard for anyone in this type of forum to answer the question due to local variances.  Normally one violation, unless it is a felony level constitutes a serious violation.  You asked the max, that would be your remaining sentence in jail. however that would probably be unlikely.  The sanctions could be from a warning, to some jail, additional restrictions, substance abuse evaluation and treatment.

hope this helped
