Can a parent file a lawsuit against a principal and school ISD cop for driving my child off school property with out my knowledge or permission? He was a bus rider and they detained him to ask questions that could have waited till the following school day, causing him to miss his bus. Could that be classified as kidnapping or even false inprissionment? I am in the state of Texas.

Sorry about the stress and concern this caused you.  A lawsuit can be filed for pretty much any reason however the real question is would you prevail and the answer is probably not.  It is definitely not kidnapping or false imprisonment.  
What this event circles around is the reason for the questions and where was your child taken ?  If the questions were in regards to some sort of abuse or crime then obviously law enforcement would be involved.  If it had to do with some sort of administrative function at the school a little odd but not unheard of.  Where did the officer drive your child ?  If it was home the officer may have been doing you and your child a favor.  If it was for some other reason having to do with an investigation or protection of your child, still not illegal.  Most school liason officers are very familiar with what their legal parameters are.
Without more specifics i am sorry i can't be more helpful.  If this is causing you to much stress, contact an attorney for an hour of their time and discuss what options you may have.
