Question
while defending myself,i want to check someone else's cell phone    records.how would i do it?

Answer
Bill,

This was in the question pool so i did not receive it until now, i apologize.

your only recourse is to have the court issue a subpoena on your behalf to the cell phone company.  you will have to do the investigation as to what company, time frame etc.  you may also have tot he convince the judge of the relevancy of the request.

Hope this helps
