Question
my wife is currently incarcerated who decides her extradition I've just been getting the run around about it please help me

Answer
Amanda,

Extradition is decided by the court in the jurisdiction where the charges were filed.  In addition extradition is decided by factors such as the type of charge and if the jurisdiction wants to spend the time and money executing on the extradition warrant. I hope this helps.
