Question When filling out grad/law school applications, do i have to disclose a Public Intox since it is the equivalent of a class c traffic ticket. Would this be on my permanent record and for how long?
Answer I would think it would depend on how the question on the application is worded. Don't get caught in a law because it could influence the rest of your life. I think that I would be getting the advice of an attorney and not a police officer when asking about graduate school applications.
