Question I plead guilty to disorderly conduct in October 2004, and I was wondering how long this would show up on my record. I live in the state of Tennessee and have been told it would never come off, is this true?

yes that is true, criminal records do remain forever. You can petition the court to have your record "Expunged" or sealed, but you would need to talk to a TN attorney to inquire whether expungements are available in your state for your conviction.
