Ok well she bought these shirts for me and the other girl to wear with names ect on them-but anyways both of them were kindda small,but tighter on the other girl right? And anyways out of no were she comes and says "Yea you got big tits no wonder it doesn't fit,it would be hard to fit those puppies in anything"

am I over-reacting or is this inappreate(however you spell it)? I mean if it was a guy it be almost sexual harrassment

   I have no idea who you are talking about when you say "she".  Is this a parent, a sales clerk, friend, ?  And in most instances "sexual harrassment" is not a criminal offense unless it involves unwanted touching that rises to the point of a sexual assault.  In most cases it is a civil matter that is settled in civil court after the victim files a law suit.

I am very knowledgeable about search and seizure and taught at the police academy for several years on a variety of subjects. I can answer questions that a lot of attorneys cannot since they do not have "street experience".

Bachelor of Science degree in Criminolgy from the University of Maryland.
