Question
What is the satue of limitation on a Misdemeanor DUI. I don't think there is one if you do not go to court to have it taken care of. Otherd say I am wrong,, That after so many years even if you don't appear in court that the charges are no longer valid. Can u tell which is correct..Thankyou

  You have the term "statute of limitations" confused with something else.  Statute of limitations means that the state has a certain amount of time to solve a crime or to obtain a warrant for a defendant.  What you are referring to is the life of a warrant.  If you don't appear in court when ordered not only are you wanted for contempt of court (or whatever it is called in your state) but the original charge of DUI is still alive and you would be in double trouble.

I can answer questions that a lot of attorneys cannot since they do not have "street experience".
