Question
When you acquire enough traffic tickets to deplete yourself of "driving points" do you automatically lose your right to drive?  If not, what are the specific consequences?  How many speeding tickets does it take to lose your points or at least get a warning from city hall? How do you get them back?  I appreciate your help with this.

    I am sure that you are aware that there are fifty states.  Each state has its own MVA or DMV and its own laws so answering your question is impossible because your situation applies to the law and regulations of your state.

    But I can answer the first question and they answer is yes.........when you receive "enough" tickets your license is either suspended or revoked.

I am very knowledgeable about search and seizure and taught at the police academy for several years on a variety of subjects. I can answer questions that a lot of attorneys cannot since they do not have "street experience".
