Question
can the police come to your looking for a person with warrent and you til them you don't wherew that person is. Then they come back a second yime looking for the same person and they til the owner they need to look around in the house and the police find ingredients to make drugs but they had no warrent. They got an warrent after they have already found everything. are they aloud to do that?

Answer
    Can they come to your house and look for a person who has a warrnat for them?  Yes.  Will the evidence seized stand up in court and be ruled admissable?  That is up to the judge.  I think that you asked this same question yesterday.  If you or your friends are charged with a crime then you need to get an attorney to defend you against the charges.

I am very knowledgeable about search and seizure and taught at the police academy for several years on a variety of subjects. I can answer questions that a lot of attorneys cannot since they do not have "street experience".
