b) What area or aspect that you think have to be improved so "Jack the Ripper" or "Zodiac Murder" case can be solved?

At this point no Jack the Ripper with never be solved. The evidence simply was not collected and everyone involved is dead. There is a chance Zodiac could be solved as there is some evidence including dna.

c) What do you think maybe the main reasons why past crimes remains unsolved?

In general police police procedures, evidence collection and science was primitive.
In some cases, there simply is not enough evidence. Stranger on stranger murderers are hard to solve.

d) How do you think serial killers act when they kill? for examples, do they plan or someone did something that ignited the fire in them to kill that someone?

Typically they hunt for their victims and spend hours days weeks or longer looking for one. When they find one they strike. There is cooling off period where they do not hunt between kills.

e) what are the similarities of the methods used to kill in the Jack the Ripper case and the Zodiac Murder case? If none, do you think that these cases will be solved someday in the future?

Not they not alike. Jack the ripper was unorganized murderer while Zodiac was organized killer. Methods of killing were very different.

f) any opinions, ideas or views about perfect crime or serial killing?

There is no perfect crime. Serial killers have violence tied to their sex drive.
