Question
Good day
What is in the mind of criminals and what are the main causes of criminal behavior? What is the best solution(s) to transform criminals. Are there any societies that are free from crime and criminal behavior, if so which ones and why?

Hi,
Virtually in every society 5% to 10% of the population are criminals. Poverty economics etc doesn't really effect it. At risk things like fatherless homes, drug and alcohol abuse and mental illness that contribute to criminals being made.
These are people who do not feel society rules apply to them. Further more they do not care.
Virtually nothing has stopped it. Pick pocket for example were hung by the neck until dead in England.
Hanging were public and attracted crowds. Pick pockets stole at these events. Criminals can be seperated into to groups. One some people who made mistakes got caught and punished and learned. They changed their ways. Then there are career criminals. They start at age 11 or 12 and continue their whole lives. The account 90% of all the crimes committed.
