Question
This is to the people who want to leave..
what made you decide this?
i too went through many problems
i am facing a situation now, but i have always kept my head high and asked Jehovah for help.
Even though i have not agreed at first with many things
i had found many answers, myself and with help.
I use to be catholic but i then converted. I had difficulty adjusting but it had made a change in my life and i have been so very happy since. I know more, than many in other religions who had studied all their lives, and who are much older. I know many may criticize us by our preaching or by our dedication. But many also criticized Jesus Christ by his preaching and devotion. What better influence then to follow Jesus? i know this might not change your mind into staying in the truth. But we do not follow what man say we follow what the bible says which is Gods word. Many of you who have had doubts..you may have been pushing yourselves away because you are afraid to hear things that you do not want to hear. You are not alone in this. Many Jehovah Witnesses have gone through many difficult and confusing situations. But why move away when you need help. Many always pray for help. Why do you push us away?

Answer
The reason people leave the Jehovah’s Witnesses can be varied.
The main reason for many is the discovery that many of the teachings of the Watchtower are false.
This is usually discovered when a JW starts to read the Bible without Watchtower blinkers on.
Then on further research they discover how many teachings have changed through the years.
The false prophecies that have been made.
Please don’t give the excuse of “new light” etc.  If Jehovah knows as Isaiah says “The beginning to the finale”  why does He need to change anything, He has already set his teachings and what they will be.
You say that you don’t follow what man says, but what the Bible says.
This is not true you follow what the Watchtower tells you what the Bible says.
You cannot question or disagree with what a group of MEN decide you should believe.
You salvation rests in believing what these men teach and being a member of their organisation.
Jesus calls people to Him, not to some man-made organisation.
You have to ask yourself “Am I serving a man-made organisation, obeying and believing what they tell me to believe. Or am I believing and following Christ as the Bible tells me I should do?”
