Critics of Jehovah`s Witnesses/holy spirit

Question
BASE ON THE BIBLE; NOT THE WATCHTOWER; WE ARE GUIDED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT;  Romans 8:14; Luke 1: 79; John 16: 13; Galatians 5: 16;
Galatians 5: 18; Revelation 7: 17

If the "watchtower" is base on (Tract Society); which I see as "guidance;" would it be the holy spirit?

If the Holy Spirit is not a person but is just God’s ‘active force’ just as Jehovah’s Witnesses believe, why would Jesus be required to mention whether or not the Holy Spirit ‘knows’ what the Father knows in Matthew 24:36?

BASE ON THE BIBLE (1 Corinthians 2:11) NOT THE WATCHTOWER; If the Holy Spirit is just God’s ‘force,’ how could ‘it’ ‘know’ anything? What would you accept as evidence that the Holy Spirit is a person who ‘knows’ everything that the Father knows?

If it’s not a person then why does it say that “its” a “he”?  and why does “he” speaks? John 15:26; Acts 11:15; Acts 28:25; Hebrews 10:15

---------------------------------------------------------------
I study the Holy Spirit so much; that I have even spoken in the unknown language, and have actually interpretted.

What can you say about all of these questions I've mention? is there something I'm not getting? If I interpret the unknown language; can I go by him? does that mean I need the watchtower for guidance? due to the bible; Paul didn't need any sources

If I teach what the unknown language say; can I be wrong in doing so?

Answer
The Jehovah's WItnesses believe that the Watchtower organisation is Gods only true organisation on earth. That everything that comes from the Watchtower is from Jehovah. That the Governing Body is under the direction of Gods spirit, which they believe is an active force not a person.
The following are quotes from Watchtower publications, which give you an idea how they view things:

"When the time comes to clarify a spiritual matter in our day, holy spirit helps responsible representatives of “the faithful and discreet slave” at world headquarters to discern deep truths that were not previously understood. (Matt. 24:45; 1 Cor. 2:13) The Governing Body as a whole considers adjusted explanations. (Acts 15:6) What they learn, they publish for the benefit of all. Watchtower 2010 July 15 pp.22,23"

"They do not claim that this slave class is infallible, but they do view it as the one channel that the Lord is using during the last days of this system of things." Proclaimers p.626

"Consider, too, the fact that Jehovah's organization alone, in all the earth, is directed by God's holy spirit or active force. (Zech. 4:6)

"It is vital that we appreciate this fact and respond to the directions of the "slave" as we would to the voice of God, because it is His provision." Watchtower 1957 June 15 p.370

So you can see that by claiming the words of men, as being the words of God they control their followers.
