Question its nice being able to ask an expert on croatia.
we are english living in Slovenia, and we are looking forward to visit croatia.
we are taking a car and camping, but we thought it would be better to catch a ferry from Rijeka down to Split than driving all the way down.
we are hoping to stop at Rovinj first to visit the area then, go from Rijeka to Split.
while we are there stop at Camp seget , or do you think it would be better to stop at Hvar island, its sounds so good. then to catch a ferry down to Dubrovnik as you suggested to another reader.
by the way we are hoping to do this early September and cannot find the shipping schedule for the ferry as we would need the dates to book the campsites.
do you think it would be better to drive or ferry down any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Answer Hello,
you don't need to book campsites, cause there is plenty of free space in each you decide.
If you have time, it's better to drive then to take ferry, cause you will see a lot more nature and find something interesting.
Try looking at www.jadrolinija.hr for more details on ferry's.
