I would appreciate any information to travel from Dubrovnik to Florence, Italy,
preferably by ferry or catamaran and rail. Leaving Dubrovnik after noon
September 20, 2008. 4 adults. thankyou

I strongly suggest airplane from Venice (or Trieste) to Dubrovnik, case ferry is driving over 24 hours from Rijeka to Dubrovnik.

By car-bus, you need around 10 hours of drive, and you can take a rent-a-car at AVIS or HERZ. Pickup in Pula and return in Dubrovnik.
