I'll be in Florence till Oct 13 and would like to travel on to Dubrovnik and Split.  Are there are ferry connections that are still available or must we fly?  Many thanks.  Paul

You can take ferry from Ancona, Italy to Split. http://www.blueline-ferries.com/
From Split to Dubrovnik you can also use ferry lines http://www.jadrolinija.hr but it's much faster by bus. Airplane lines you can see at http://www.croatiaairlines.hr
