We will arrive (2people) at 23:00 on a friday 21july at the Zagreb airport. How can we get into the city centre? Is it better to hire a car? And will it be open at that time? Are Taxis expensives?
We would like to stay in private appartments or hostels. Do you have any recomendadion in Zagreb? We arrive really late.
Is it ok to drive in Coratia? WE are thinking to go to the south (lakes area and Dubrovnik)Is it very far?

you get get a bus from the airport to the city bus terminal, and from there you can get a tram to the city centre. Or you can take a cab for about 10-20 EUR.

From Zagreb to Plitvice lakes it an hour drive, to Dubrovnik may 7 hours depending on the crowds.
